Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. The Head Coach will be responsible for fostering and supporting student-athlete welfare, recruiting highly qualified student-athletes, practice scheduling and competitions, coaching athletes in practice and games, maintaining a strong academic environment, supervising coaching staff, maintaining budget, conducting and managing all facets of camps, cultivating alumni, direct involvement working with program-specific fundraising as well as participation in Athletic Department fundraising. Responsibilities: The Head Men's Basketball Coach is responsible for providing leadership, planning, organizing and administering all aspects of Western's Men's Basketball program.
